Welcome to Sovereign Grace Presbyterian Church!
We are a church plant of the Presbytery of the Ascension in the Presbyterian Church in America (PCA), a denomination that strives to be “faithful to the Scriptures, true to the Reformed faith, and obedient to the Great Commission.”
Rather than having our own, unique statement of faith, we wholeheartedly adhere to the historic Westminster Confession of Faith and Shorter and Larger Catechisms, recognizing these to be a faithful summary of the teachings of Scripture.

Meet Our Pastor
Pastor Tony Carroscia
Tony came to Sovereign Grace (then Hillcrest PCA Neshannock) in March of 2025. A native of northeast Ohio, Tony received his B.A. in Biblical and Religious Studies from Grove City College (2017) and his Masters of Divinity from the Reformed Presbyterian Theological Seminary (2024). He was ordained on May 4, 2025, and on September 1, 2025, he was called by the Presbytery of the Ascension to be the Church Planting Pastor of Sovereign Grace PCA. Tony and his wife, Abi, were married in 2022 and have one son.
